The European Senior Organisation of the PES is a membership based on civil society network, and voices the values of its member organisations in Europe.

We promote and safeguard the social, cultural and economic interests of senior citizens in Europe.

We are committed to important social-democratic values like equality, social justice and (intergenerational) solidarity.

ESO endeavours to make a valuable contribution to the redefinition of the principles of a European social model which links economic growth and competitiveness in a globalized economy with social security and social-democratic values.
